An interesting U Tube clip Garth.It really challenges the 'why' of learning.I am a fan of planning backwards too so my interest will be in what does personalised learning look like when it is in place-the why drives it but how will it look?

I am expecting to read some updates ,reflections on the progress with your inquiry. What is working well,what are the challenges? Are students responding to the expectations?
