I have been very busy with enacting change, leading change and being part of change this term. These changes have been with the staff in staff meetings, in my class with team teaching and using digital technologies and also thinking about myself as a leader. Taking Action
Successful staff meetings - well structured and well planned.It was obvious that staff were encouraged to question their own thoughts and beliefs. Great to hear the good discussion.
